Correction/ths robe does have pockets. The pockets were sewn on the one I purchased so needed to cut them open. Not a big deal.

I'm a girl who loves a floor length robe but never finds it in the ladies department. This is perfect! Well made, lovely soft fabric, warm but not heavy, and it flows gracefully. So happy!

The most notable part of this robe is the material. It's advertised as "midweight" which is definitely wrong. The material is comparable to the thinnest t-shirt (i.e., hanes / fruit-of-the-loom under shirts). It is soft, but it is far lighter than expected. As a result of this very light weight, it doesn't drape well: it can bunch up a bit and look awkward.While my expectations may be biased due to my previous robe being terrycloth (heavy, opposite end of the spectrum) there is still no way this is midweight, it is the lightest weight cloth that would be used in clothing.On the flip side, everything else about it seems great so far. The fit / sizing in particular was spot on. As a bigger guy, good bath robes are hard to find (I straddle the largest regular sizes and smallest big+tall sizes). But I picked the size based on their size chart and the fit is perfect.

Fabric is thin now.. lapel sloppy and open...the belt is no longer attached in back. Shame.

Robe is long and material is soft to the touch.Colour on picture is a nicer blue than it really is…but then, the blue it comes in is very nice, not as bright
