I recently got back into fishing and needed to replenish my gear and equipment. I have only used these one time so far. First impression is a good one! Wore them for 6 hrs in my belly boat and they worked great. Kept me 100% dry. Chest pocket is handy. As comfortable as you can expect. I gave 4 stars only because the waist belt is completely useless. It ended up around hip level. I just took it off. I am 6' & 170 Lbs with a size 9 foot and a large was perfect with room for an extra layer. For the price, this a good set for the weekend warrior and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pair that wont break the bank.

I bought these waders this year,used them for only a few times and are already badly leaking around the right leg. I have looked and looked where the leak is coming from but I think it's occurring around the stitching

Honestly a good starter set. Found the feet to be a little less fitted and large but it also allows multiple pairs of socks to be worn in the winter. I ordered a little large but again i can wear more clothing under in the colder months. all and all a decent set for the price point

The reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the sewn on gators. The sizing is perfect. The belt location and the chest pockets are in easy reach. So far they've kept water out which is essential for early spring fishing where the water temps are in the lower 40's. Having said that, they provide good insulation against the cold water, too. It loses a star, though, because the gators are sewn on too high. Instead of covering the top of the boot so nothing can get in, there is about a two inch gap which makes the gator useless. I double checked the sizing and even tried to see if there was a wading boot that might be higher - there is none. And yes, I'm using the Allen boots recommended for this stocking foot wader. Neoprene waders that fit properly can be hard to find at times, so I think I'll just get a pair of slip on gators to go over top of these. Nothing worse then fishing and having loose pebbles and sand work their way into your boots.

Great product , fits extremely well-**** (buy the larger size if you are over 5-11 and over 220lbs). You wont regret it. Higher back... Very Comparable to Sage- Dragon Fly for quality... 3mm neoprene consistent throughout and stitching is spot on. No weak seams... Less chance of leaks. Overall very happy with this quality product.

I bought these waders for a week long fishing trip in Alaska. They looked good and fit well coming out of the box. By the second day the seal over the seams in the crotch/backside were coming loose. By the next day, water was leaking in through the bottom. Since there wasn't a bass pro shop for 1000 miles I tried to keep my bottom out of the water. By day 5 my feet were starting to get wet. By the end of the last day, they were nothing more than a pair of pants that shouldn't be in the water. Instead of packing to bring back i just threw them away after 1 week. So, unless you plan on wearing them for no more than 2 days I recommend you buy something of higher quality. The guys who had Simms gear all seemed to do fine.

Well... lets see. I ordered these in a medium and they fit me like a glove. I wasn't sure what size to get since most reviews tend to state a persons height and weight, but not proportions so it was a bit of a shot in the dark since I tend to straddle sizes. I am 5'5", hips 43", waist 37" and it was a good fit- if you're similar and want a looser fit I would go up a size. The waders came up to just under my bust line so fit was not an issue there.PROS: Super comfortable as far as fabric goes, they didn't tear as I was crawling over beaver dams and falling in holes and such, and they made my legs very buoyant which actually helped a lot as I was traversing the sandy river banks and aforementioned beaver dams.CONS: HOT HOT HOT. I poured sweat in these babies. I wore t-shirt and jeans underneath, but next time I will wear running gear. The biggest con was the neoprene caught EVERYTHING in the brush. Apparently the river banks I fished at in NM had some kind of crazy, quarter-size burr everywhere which coated my legs as I walked through. I had to pull them off my waders with a pair of pliers because that was the only thing that would take them off completely.So all in all- not too bad. They kept me dry (from the river water at least) which was the whole point. The are probably better suited for a colder, less brushy area than I took them though.

Im actually writing this review on my wifes Amazon account, but I had to because I wanted to tell everyone on here that these waders are incredible, for an incredible price. I surf fish in So Cal, so I subject these waders to saltwater and abrasion from exposure to sand, and so far, theyve held up great!!! No leaks whatsoever. If anything, they can get a bit too warm, especially when the sun comes out, but all in all, a great set of waders. Im thinkin about gettin a back up pair, just to have! Thanks Amazon!

These are my first pair of waders. Ive had to borrow my friends younger bros waders and they were far too small, so i bought my own. I've used them 3 times so far for surf fishing and they are holding up great. Love them so far, keep me warm when i need it and not too warm so far. Im surf fishing in Santa Monica, CA and its March so cold isnt really and issue but it isnt warm enough for me to want to spend hours in the 55-60 deg ocean water yet. i would def recommend.

I bought a pair for my son, he is 6 ft tall and weighs about 145. I wanted to be sure they would fit the inseam as he is leggy. we got the XL so he could easily fit them over sweat pants and have leg room. these had the 34 inseam he needed. they measure 22.5 inches across the waist laying flat on the floor. so while they are much wider than he needs, they have a belt to snug them in. the foot part measures about 11-12 inches from toe to heel area. his size 10.5 foot fit fine in them with room. he put water shoes over them to get in the pond. with the sweat pants on under, he was warm and comfy to dig around my pond this month on a 50 deg day with water temps just below 40 at the bottom. they are very water proof. he has used them twice. first time he had them on he bent over too far, let water in the bib part that ran down his leg (learning curve here) we hung them to dry, then the foot was still wet inside! had to turn them out- they are water proof! so I was happy to see that! it takes a bit to get used to walking around in them but he is loving the way they make cold weather pond work so much nicer. I have attached some photos. so you can see them on a young man at his size. judge for how you think they would fit you.He's been back in the pond and they are still holding up! and keeping him warm in that November waters.
