The first time I ordered, I ordered a Cutler Hammer GFCI breaker. It was the wrong type and did not fit my breaker box. I sent it back. I reordered and got the correct type and everything was good. Make sure you order the correct type and everything will be good. It popped right in and took less than 30 minutes to install. Tested and works well.

This review is not on the product itself but the description. It says “ Eatons short-body AF/GF breaker can replace or fulfill all AFCI, GFCI or AF/GF requirements in an Eaton panel. I have an Eaton panel and this model would not fit. It’s total different than my breakers as you can see in the photos. I sent it back and ordered the “BR” series. Specifically the BRN120A1CS. It would have helped had their been a picture of the back showing the clamping mechanism instead of four identical pictures of the front.

I ordered two. One was an open package that was taped shut - obviously someone bought the wrong one and returned it - not uncommon I suppose. The pigtail was still tightly coiled so it wasn't installed before as far as I could tell. I suppose these are all returns or some kind of overstock, and hence the lower cost. Works for me since these were half the cost of a new one at the local hardware store. I installed the two and both are working fine thus far.
