Featherweight Light All-Purpose Furled Leader
FEATHERWEIGHT (light all-purpose) Furled Leader is an excellent dry fly leader has a light presentation and excellent turnover for small unweighted flies. It has a very soft presentation for your fly on the water due to the lack of memory. Apply line floatant to float for dries. Attach to fly line via loop to loop connection.
Breaking Strength:
0-3wt (7lb), 4-6wt (11lb), 7-8wt (16lb), and 9-10wt (20lb).
Leader Length:
0-3wt is 5ft and 4-10wt is 7ft long.
This furled leader has a high performance tapered designed with years of experience & feedback that gives you great turnover, great presentation, and little to no memory to straighten out. This fly leader is USA MADE with very high quality materials.
Big Hog Medium All-Purpose Furled Leader
The Big Hog furled fly leader has a perfect blend of Premium Fluorocarbon and Polyester thread to give you the perfect medium all-purpose leader not just dry flies and hopper dropper setups but also has enough power for casting nymphs, poppers and small streamers. Apply line floatant to float for dries. Attach to fly line via loop to loop connection.

0-3wt (8lb), 4-6wt (12lb), 7-8wt (18lb), and 9-10wt (24lb).
Leader Length:
0-3wt is 4.5ft and 4-10wt is 5ft long.

Gonna be waaayyy better than to tie to a the enclosed tippet ring than retying to mono leader. Esp for vintage hands like mine.

I used the heavier leader on a heavier rod and it was great, so I got the lighter one for my 3-weight. Wasn’t a big fan though. I couldn’t get much if any turn over. It might be my rod isn’t right for the taper, might be my casting stroke, might be a bunch of things. I used the heavier leader on the lighter rod and it still worked phenomenally. So I don’t know. But this one left me wanting.

Product shipped quickly and was packaged very well. Product is high quality just remember to add Otter 🦦 Butter 🧈 so that your dry flies will float. I love the tippet rings at the end to attach your tippet and switch it out quickly.
