Used these to properly space a wire wheel on one side my 6in pedestal grinder arbor. Had washers in place prior, but out of round oscillation vibration was causing the grinder to walk across the shop floor while running. Using these spacers instead removed the oscillation and cancelled out the vibration that was causing the grinder to wonder. Saved me from having to anchor the pedestal in place.

Wanted to use as spacer on grinder. Had to sand one piece to slide on shaft . Second piece even with sanding would not slip on. Poor tolerance control.

Upgraded the tie rods on my Cub 185 from ball joints to heims, needed the extra throw. These are nice and sturdy and now I have no worries about binding.

These spacers worked great to center a wire wheel's flange washers on the 1/2" arbor of my bench grinder. They securely rest against the arbor's inner-most stop (which is a slightly larger diameter step on the arbor). They are snug to the arbor, but are easy to install and remove. This is exactly the solution I needed to mount my wire wheel.
