I used this for the first time a week ago and after seasoning my chicken, I placed carrots, potatoes, thyme, onions and peppers along with tomato sauce, a little water and stuck it in the oven. After a few hours, it was tasty dinner time. The chicken was evenly cooked and was easy to handle. I was able to clean the pan with little effort. It's a good size pan that's good for preparing for a dinner party.

When I got this, I was hoping to maybe roast a whole chicken with some veggies. It works well and is such a useful tool but I wasn't able to fit a whole chicken due to the height being shorter. It doesn't fit as much in it as I imagined but it does a great job of roasting. The surfaces are nonstick so the cleanup is easier which is always a welcomed feature.It's lightweight but not flimsy. We don't have any issues with it and we love to use it.

I wanted a small roaster and this is a perfect size for a small beef roast; however, I was hoping the overall height of the product would be higher, as if you wanted to put a chicken in it and cover it, it would be too small.

This pan is well made. The metal is not flimsy, but solid and not too heavy due to the size of the pan. It roasted a chuck roast with veggies full to the top and did very well. The lid fits well with no obvious gaps.As others have mentioned, it will not fit a larger-size turkey. It is a very versatile pan for two.

Looking at this reminded me of the roasters that my mom and grandma used. Looks good but it’s not good and sturdy.
