This lightweight yet strong protector features a poly-centric hinge system that allows natural articulation of the knee. The ergonomically sculptured knee protector is constructed from a semi-rigid high performance polymer for optimum levels of protection and flexibility, while the highly ventilated padding allows for superb airflow cooling. Correct positioning of the knee protector improves comfort, avoiding pressure points on the patella, and the Dual Strap System promotes a secure fitment of the protector in all riding positions and includes a combined buckle and hook and loop closure for rapid and easy mounting.

I wanted to fall in love with those knee guards because I like the Alpinestars Brand.First, the seller shipped the wrong size. I ordered S/M, seller shipped L/XL.Second, the strap plastic holder broke on first ride. Disappointed in Alpinestars. I Ordered the Leatt.

These offer great protection and are very comfortable. I use them 3 times a week for 2-4 hours at a time.

My favourite feature, including the great fit, is that there is a quick release on the straps. You adjust them perfectly for you and then use the quick release system so that you never have to adjust them again. Good range of motion and a comfortable fit. I would highly recommend them. They are also quite low profile which is great for wear under pants or in my case, a snowmobile suit. Would work great for motorcycle riding, which is the intended use.
