Loved this pack, used it for gold mining. Bucket on the back makes it a breeze to hike. Like the pockets and stuff, hate the cotter pins. Worked great, then all the nylon straps literally fell apart all at once while hiking up a very steep rocky trail. I called the company, no help. I was transferred and the line went dead. I emailed them about buying replacement straps twice and never got a response. So just know it'll do its job but the fabric is on the clock. Also it was never ever left outside or in any direct sunlight while not in use.

I haven't packed weight on this yet, but very soon. I'm excited to pack something. #1 upgrade for me, shoulder straps have 3 hole adjustment for my wide shoulders. The waist is nicely padded and supportive. Carrying a sidearm is going to be an issue for sure. This thing rides about belts level for the most support. The shelf and strap wings are going to be great for packing elk quarters. Probably get a spike elk in two packs.

The pack is solid. Good design. Good construction. Poor assembly. The pins need changed Around so the keepers(cotters) don’t dig into your back. Easy fix that could be avoided by giving common sense to factory hands.

The pack is very adjustable for different size people. It came with extension straps for loading the pack. The bottom foldout shelf is great. It will be great for transporting about any reasonable load, hunting or camping.

Purchased this for 2022 moose hunt in AK. We got a 49'' bull, big body, a little over a mile from camp. Took 2 days to pack out. Pack is well made, easy to use. Felt very comfortable with the weight of meat we were packing out, 60-95 pounds per trip. Would highly recommend. Going to purchase another for next years hunt.
