Officially yes these are sent as 10mmDrill + 5 mins will make a ok for 14mm axlesI’m running a frame (S&M credence) without internal chain tensioner inside the drop outs.As much as I don’t like having to use add on tensioners like these, it’s better than over tightening a wheel bolt just to keep the wheel straight. Especially profile minis.So with some minor enhancements these are awesome

these are not for 14mm axles. only for 3/8 or 10mmattaching picture with a 14mm axle for scale.your dropout almost must be more than 4.5mm thick for the "rider" to fit.not for old/mid school bikes with long dropouts, either. 16.2mm looks like the max distance from the rear of an axle to the end of the dropout that could work.
