I haven't yet mounted it on a jig but by itself, it fits well and slides well, once adjusted and waxed. Without the wax, it was scraping through the miter slot.For this price, it's a heck of a good deal. I'd have spent a lot more time making a "standard" wooden or UMHW miter bar and certainly would have spent more money on a name-brand bar. This one, being aluminum, won't swell and shrink with humidity changes, either.This seems to be a winner. Will probably come back for more, when needed.

For the price this is a great miter bar. The finish is really done well and the machining is tight. All threading looks good to visual inspection, the plastic tensioning discs work well (plus you get a couple of spares). It fits well in my small bandsaw's miter track. There's a slight bow to the aluminum bar but this will disappear once you get it into a track. Action is smooth and the tensioning discs work well to get rid of any side wobble.

I ordered the 300mm and the 450mm bars. I made a new upgraded picture frame cutting sled for my Sawstop table saw. No screws were included but luckily I had the right length M6 screws. After adjustment and installation they worked real well. No slop like I had with the old shop made wooden runners. They are straight and finished very nice. I would recommend these miter bars.
