Scope of application: Applicable to almost all floor materials with a thickness of 9-16mm. (Height adjustment range: 9-16mm)
Installation method: Fix with strong nail-free glue and screws.

This transition strip is wider than many available, which gives you more protection. The hardest part of install is having to use a hacksaw and file down the edges to get a perfect fit. I really like that this one is a screw in version. I had previously used a tape install one that I got locally, and eventually the tape gave way. This one feels strong and durable.

Works perfectly for a big transition from my kitchen ceramic tile down to my hardwood floors. This is like the 3rd time I'd ordered something similar, the others didn't have enough height. Cutting it with a hacksaw took a bit of time but after that the fit is exactly what I was looking for.

The folks we bought our house from didn't finish many projects and these transition slips are a great way to add finishing touches to our room transitiions and protect the flooring edges. This one seems pretty sturdy and will withstand heavy traffic.

I had a good 1/2" height to make up. There was no lip to stick the bottom piece under and the included screws are tiny short only meant to bind the 2 pieces together. I just drilled all the way through and used longer screws. Also when trimming to the correct size, one hole got cut off so I made another with the proper dimple to make the screw flush. Overall I am happy and would buy it again.

I ordered this to use as the floor transition from garage to the house. Our old strip was thrashed and this really cleaned up the look. The transition strip does have the exposed screws on top, but this was okay with me since it really improved the strength of the product.
