These guards replace cracked plastic ones. My Honda Monkey must have gotten hit with a rock or something. It is nice that the bike had guards to protect the fork legs, but my left side guard is all cracked and sorta shaking in the wind. It was nice to find a replacement for the plastic guards here. These aluminum guards will work great. They seem like they will be significantly stronger than the stock guards.
