We bought used Razors and replaced the controller for one. Unfortunately, the new controller worked for a few days and then no more. As we weren’t sure if there were other issues, we had an electrician friend look at it to verify. The controller was faulty. I called to get a replacement, but we were past the 30 day return window (60 days) because we were working with our friend’s availability.This company was unwilling to help in any way. That is poor service and certainly not standing behind one’s product.In hindsight, we should have assumed that the product was crappy and asked for an immediate refund. We won’t be using this company again.

Got my son’s ground force drift cart up and running easily. Glad I diagnosed it properly lol. Part seems to be an oe replacement and runs like new again.

Unfortunately, this AlveyTech 6-Wire Control Module was a complete letdown. Instructions were not provided. Despite following the installation instructions from manufacturer carefully, the item did not work at all. I was hoping to restore my son's Razor drifter, but this module failed to deliver. I’m very disappointed with this purchase and will be looking for a more reliable replacement elsewhere. Not recommended.
