I am fairly mechanically inclined and ended up taking hours to replace this one single part. Not fun when your son is waiting for dad to fix his crazy cart. After going on you tube and watching videos, I was finally able to figure this out. It is a complex part that has to be just right. A basic set of instructions is not asking a lot. I scraped several knuckles and was very frustrated during the repair. A product is only as good as it's application ease. In this case, I took off one star for no directions and one star for the excessive difficulty it was to insert the part. Quality seems good, otherwise.
