I have major shoulder problems (both shoulders) and was pretty desperate for a sleeping solution as I prefer to sleep on my side. So I bit the bullet and dropped $70 on this pillow. To me, that is a lot of money on a gamble, but I was that desperate. On the whole, I like it. Because it has openings on both sides, I can roll over and slide my arm through on both either side. It's also a comfortable pillow generally of the memory foam type. My only complaint at all is this - the foam is just a little too squishy. I don't mind it for my head and neck, but it collapses just enough to allow for weight on the shoulder joint. Not a ton, but some weight. I notice it on the in-need-of-a-replacement side, but not on the about-to-get-labrum-surgery side. I should add that I am not big or overweight - 5'7" 165 lbs. So, it isn't that the pillow just can't handle my size. All of that said, it is pretty awesome and has helped me a lot. I would get it again. I just hope the company will consider a tiny bit more structure in the foam for support. Given how much pain I was it, I have to say the value was good, though it is tough to drop $70 or more on a pillow. I am not sure how long it will last, as I have only had it for a few weeks.

This has been a fantastic pillow - and absolute blessing for sleep! l tend to move around a lot between laying on my back and sides.and this pillow has great support for both.

I was having neck problems for a couple of months and my son told me about this pillow and ordered it for me. I can’t use anything else now. It keeps my head and neck aligned I wake up with no pain. It works in almost every sleeping position too. Great pillow !

Wow-- I was shocked. I kept the box when the pillow came, because I fully expected it to be mediocre, or not really help my problem. I couldn't believe that the very FIRST NIGHT, it was fantastic. Helped my shoulder immensely, much less pain throughout the night, far better sleep. I thought it would take some getting used to... and, I'm picky... but I loved it immediately. The case is silky smooth and nice. And, I just flip it upside down, and the middle part works great for a reading/computer-watching pillow... until I flip it over and go to sleep!The only helpful criticism I could give is that for that price they should include an extra pillow case, so that when you're washing one, you can still use the pillow. Or, just raise the price $3, and no one would care. The extra pillow case would look good on the company, too. Also, I was bummed that the queen-size didn't come in white, only blue. But, I love the pillow! Great job!

Comfortable if you remain in one position all night. If you rotate you have to sit up to change position. The height and support were good.

After left side shoulder and later hip replacements, I had to learn to sleep on my right side, which wasn't natural for me. This pillow works great! It is just the right height for sleeping on my side without damaging the good shoulder. It was more comfortable than expected, and the cover's extremely soft and comfortable, without causing any neck issues. I also used it on the surgery arm (6 weeks post surgery,) with no problems). It rebounds to the original shape every morning, so I'm confident this is a high quality memory foam! Worth every penny!

I’ve been suffering from shoulder pain for the past 8 months and it’s gotten progressively worst when I sleep. I’m a slide sleeper and it’s been hard to get comfortable and have been waking up with pain - until now. This has truly helped me tremendously and I’m so thankful! I’m able to sleep now and wake up with little to no pain. I was afraid the shape of the pillow would be hard to get used to but it’s not bad. I’m able to switch positions fairly easy. Again if you suffer from shoulder pain and a side sleeper, I recommend getting this one!! Also the price is very reasonable compared to those other more expensive pillow contraptions!

I tried many pillows but could never find one that could give me comfort. I used to wake up every morning with back ache, this pillow has helped me and it is working. I see improvement in my back ache. I would have used a bit thicker pillow if they had, but meanwhile, this is working for me.
