The 5-3/4-inch wide blade features 3 beveled sides. The beveled sides enable you to use this hoe to chop, weed, or make furrows. The sheared ears allow this hoe to cut close to plants by simply turning it on its side. We finished by equipping this hoe with a sturdy 60-inch ash handle.

At first glance, it looked a little lightweight in the head. The head was in need of sharpening to my standards. After checking the head design, even though slightly lightweight in appearance, it's perfect. Nice thick sturdy handle, a bit of sharpening and time for a test drive. The design and head angle is perfect for me. It performed better than any hoe I own. Very pleased with purchase!

THe blade is sharp and makes quick work of weeds. The design is very practical for plants that have a circular dam for water.

The hoe is a perfect height and weight. Feels sturdy and is great for weeding my gardens and cleaning around my trees and shrubs. This hoe was a great addition to my gardening tools. Would purchase again!

This tool rips vines, weeds and anything else growing in the dirt out by the roots with ease. The handle is super sturdy and extra long (probably longer than needed), but helps keep the brush your ripping out from swinging back and hitting you.

Item is way smaller than the picture .. I’ve only given it 4 stars because it’s mad very well and definitely sturdy .. but as far as size do not get if your looking for something big .

This is a heavy duty garden tool, compared to what you buy at the garden centers. I like that I can turn it sideways and get right up the edge of garden beds, also close to plants. It is heavier than I expected but I will gladly trade the weight for durability.
