Bought this to cut channels for weather stripping in some 60 year wood double hung windows. The windows were pretty neglected. I restored the wood with the BLO-Pentine method and filled in the rotted areas. I won't say it was like a hot knife through warm butter, but it was not far off. No drift or burning. Highly recommend!

3/32 and 1/16 bits are fragile and should be used as such, but the amana bits are the most durable of any brand that I have used. I use them for routing 1/43 and ho slot car tracks and would not consider any other brand. This carbide bit is the best period!
