This amber globe arrived yesterday and I was anxious to try it out.I have it in a single mantle 200A from 1980. Set it on the front yard picnic table from 10-11PM and didn’t see any insects inside of the glass:The light it puts out is good. There were no issues reading or checking my watch or any of it.In fact I just purchased another 200A Coleman lantern at a yard sale and ordered a new generator. As soon as I have that lantern up and running, a second amber glove will be ordered.If you’ve got an old Coleman lantern, you will appreciate the amber glass.

Should never have to replace this unless you are careless as I was and broke the original globe. Fit is perfect.

First, What I have read in the products description, right here on Amazon...This globe is Made in Korea, not China or MIC. While I'd like it to be a cheaper price it is what it is as some say. Overall first impression is it feels like a normal 200A globe. Once I run it I'll update the review.UPDATE: Nothing unexpected to add, it took the heat fine and has a nice deep amber color.
