Very easy to program. I used on a feeder that I made from scraps. Easy mount and been working 4 months thus far.

Second, first got destroyed by raccoons. Worked well, throws much closer range and quieter than larger motors. Easy to program, and batteries lasted at least 6 months on 5 sec twice a day, before raccoons destroyed it.

we replaced the big 6vt set up on American Hunter with these smaller, easier to set, 4AA battery units. Much better choice

So far so good. None of the holes mated up with any part of the original feeder tank, so I just ran a bead of silicone adhesive around the base and stuck it on.So far it's working fine. Other types have lasted from 3~8 winters, we'll see how long this one lasts. I'll update in the spring.

Replaced the 6 volt style for this one and it works much better. Did have to drill new mount holes
