The last pedestal that I had was original to the boat and lasted for 10 years. I hope this one does as well, it seems to be well made and Springfield has good quality. I was happy with the quick delivery from Harvard Marine. They also included a catalog if I need anything else.

Product didn't fit my existing receiver hole in my boat. Fit seat just fine just wrong pole configuration. Good quality product and purchased the correct pole configuration from the same manufacturer and they are great. Quality is good and installation was easy.
