Just ONE of the two Amscan Lillian Collection Premium Silver Polished Cake Server was able to serve 44 pieces of a large sheet cake without a problem. It held up during an entire day, accommodating a couple of dozen different servers (self-service). The cake was a Thank-you for the outstanding healthcare staff of Swedish Cancer Institute, Issaquah, WA.

They break easily and were in a paper envelope, no padding. So the price and convenience of getting them was dumped on when the packaging failed. If there had been a bit of bubble wrap, even newspaper, they may have survived shipping. So - looks good, don't count on it not getting broken when shipped.

I washed it after the first use.... As soon as I washed it, the chrome finish came off. Very disappointing.

I always loose my own utensils at potlucks but with this plastic cake server, because it’s affordable I don’t mind loosing it. Will purchase again.

This silver polished plastic cake server dresses up any occasion, while keeping cake pans from being scratched. It is heavy duty and very easy to cut and serve with, as it has a serrated edge. It can be washed/reused and is available at a reasonable cost, coming two in a package. I actually bought two packages, since they were so classy. This was nice as I was able to send one home with the cake after the celebration. I am very pleased with this cake server and highly recommend it.

I saw the photos and skipped the words. They arrived 10 minutes ago, and I haven't used them yet. They do not have the pointed end nor the decorative pattern shown in the picture. They are very light, and if u have used the silver looking plastic forks, spoons and/or knives found in Party Stores or Grocery Stores, then you have an idea of what you are getting.
