Using iron cast pot to make beef stew, this induction works really well, great quality and super easy to use, just turn on choose from 1 to 9 temperature it will start cooking. The surface is like glass with touch button looks really cool and make it easy to clean. I have been using it for a month, it is very powerful electric cooktop .

- burner turned on always starts at 9. I always want 1-3.- beeps are very loud. Fan noise is annoying and loud as well.- would love it if an induction too had more than 3 usable heat levels. Anything above 3 is insane unless you're going for searing high heat.That said, this is no different than the other two induction stovetop I've interacted with. So, overall, happy with it.

We bought this as a low-cost way to try out induction cooking and have been pleased with the results.I wish the listing had included dimensions for in-cabinet mounting, so I've included a scan of the relevant pages of the included manual. If the image doesn't load, plan on cutting a hole that is approximately 270 x 500mm (10 3/8" x 19 1/2") with some additional small notches to allow for protruding screws along the sides.We retrofitted a kitchen island table from Amazon (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GTCQLR9/) to hold the unit at a convenient height. If you choose to operate the unit as a stand-alone device on a counter or table top you may need to make adjustments to the included plastic "feet", as they weren't even.If you are going to cabinet-mount pay attention to the air flow requirements. Air is brought in from the bottom via two large fan intakes under the 'burner' sections, and is exhausted on TWO sides. When viewed from the perspective of the control panel, most air goes "right" and some goes toward you. In the photo, our controls are on the left and most exhaust air is exiting above the drawer. There are no air vents on the other two sides.The metal body of the unit has not become warm in operation. An infrared camera can see some heat inside the air vents but the fans do a great job of keeping that low.
