The bag I received has only one pocket and not 2 . It should have 2 . Not happy.

I live in Brooklyn and don't own a car so I need to carry all of my synthesizers to gigs and practice spaces. I bought this initially because I needed some way to walk my modular synth rack to the subway stop and ride without it being exposed (A round trip uber to my practice space is around 150$).I expected the case to be protective and easier to carry than a shopping bag, but I must say it is the most comfortable case I have ever used. I'm not just comparing it to music gear cases; it's actually more comfortable than most regular backpacks that I own. The straps sit nicely on my shoulders and tighten to distribute the weight ergonomically. The back has high quality padding that doesn't make me too sweaty. My house is over 1km from my nearest stop, so any discomfort is very noticeable by the end of the trip. The handles are sturdy and also padded, so I can lift and move the bag smoothly when I sit down on the train. Plus, the inside of the case is soft and with thick padding on all sides, to the point that I don't need to worry at all about the safety of my gear if I drop the bag or bump into something.I use this to carry my: -Arturia Rackbrute 6U (unpatched) + patch cables and power cords -Korg Monologue + Digitakt + cables -4ms 64hp Pod (unpatched) + Arturia Keystep + Digitakt + CablesThe two front pockets are also nice to throw in things like a laptop or drumsticks without having to rearrange the main pocket. The case includes 3 foam dividers and one foam pad to protect shallower parts like keyboards, so it keeps everything very snug when I lug it around. I am planning on using this to carry the Take 5 when I finally pull the trigger and buy it in the future as well. Considering that the rack brute is already heavier than the Take 5, I can only imagine it will be even more comfortable. This case keeps me organized and more mobile, inspiring me to jam, collaborate, and perform more outside of my studio. I think it would not be exaggeration to say it makes me a better musician because of this. I think the case is well worth the money, especially if the alternative is taking Ubers to travel with gear, in which case I would even call it an investment.

I’m writing this review as a professional musician who was toured the world many times having to schlep a lot of expensive and usually vintage, analog music gear across the world. What I really love about this case is it’s versatility. It can fit all sorts of different things pieces, my Moog Realistic, my 808, sequential circuits drumtraks, each with plenty of extra room for cables too. Because it comes with extra movable padded Velcro blocks you can adjust to lock the equipment into place, stuff doesn’t slide around inside the case, it’s very secure. The case is all around padded very well too, this isn’t some version of a guitar center guitar gig bag for your electronics, it’s offers a lot more protection. For instance at a recent concert of mine I had my case full of equipment backstage, I had not securely stacked the case and it fell over to the ground dropping a good 5 feet but none of the equipment inside was at all damaged.I also really appreciate how lightweight this case is, I never would’ve thought something so light would offer so much protection but it does. The other really cool thing is there is a function where you can unzip it and it turns into a backpack, which has actually come in very handy at times. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the design of these cases, by actual musicians, nothing about this case is an afterthought, from the backpack function, to the full, wide handles (so much better than the handle on my gator case for my pedal board), to the zippered outside pocket which allows room for more storage. I’m very happy with this case and would recommend it to anybody who has to travel around with their musical equipment and wants to do so safely and efficiently
