Ordered Red, but when applied to the leather boot it was mre of a brown. Ended up dying the boots black

Fast easy up cycle project. My old leather riding boots were a hideous color and moreover, their different panels of leather were slightly different shades of the ugly color. On a whim, I dyed them using this instead of dumping them in the trash. I never did that before but they came out great and it was super easy. Topped off the new brown color with a coat of tarrago shoe cream in a copper metallic color. My boots are now one of a kind metallic leather and I love them like crazy. I did knock the open bottle over on my light colored wooden table. Happily, most of it was able to be wiped off with some isopropyl alcohol so you really can’t tell it happened. Might be good to know in case you’re careless like me.
