Works as described, very compact, doesn't get exceptionally hot. Don't have an issue with overheating on my iPad Pro 15". I tend to use it with a laptop that's > 50% full, so maybe users with overheating issues are using it with empty batteries, but I've never had a problem. Charges at normal speed.

Conveniently dies just after the return window, no power to any device plugged into it no matter the cable(original, official apple, 3rd party, etc.)

The charging block is impressively compact compared to others I've used. It charges quickly, and like all Anker products, the quality is outstanding. This is definitely a great purchase, and I highly recommend it.

It's 100 W in a tiny charger for usually less than $30. I can't ask for much more. Super nice for travel. I prefer one of these and an even smaller 47W for taking care of my iPad, phone, Nintendo Switch, and occasionally a garmin watch that only needs charging occasionally. I travel light though and don't need to charge everything all at once, so I'm happy with that setup. If you want to charge multiple devices all in one, all the time, it's probably better to get something with more ports.

This Anker Nano charger is perfect for what I was looking for to charge my laptop. Compact, it folds up and the USB-C cable it came with is separate and has an attached cord wrap, which both fit in my backpack easily. Functional, it charges my new Lenovo IdeaPad with no problem through the USB-C port with 100W. I get the slow-charging warning, but I've timed it and it chargers just as fast as the power supply that came with the laptop. Great buy!

After recently purchasing a SteamDeck and a very nice dock for the SteamDeck, I noticed that the dock didn't ship with an AC wall adapter. My intentions for the dock were not to use it as a travel device and would be relatively stationary remaining connected to a TV in my living room, so I decided to search for a suitable wall charger which would support powering the dock and any device I would like to use with the dock.After spending some time researching the field of available wall chargers, I settled on the Anker 100W Nano Foldable Charger (Model: A2679). This charger met all of my needs in this capacity. I received the charger yesterday and have been using it to power the dock and a couple of my other devices. Each of my testing sessions resulted in success and were void of any issues.The item looks great, feels durable and works quite well!

Edit: Anker replaced this free of charge and offered a full refund. 4 stars now thanks to the service and hopefully the replacement doesn’t fail.—There seems to be an issue with this product as shipped around November-December, looking at other reviews. Similar to many others, I received mine in late November and now (early February) it simply stopped working completely, naturally 2 weeks outside the Amazon return window.While working, it was more or less reliable in the meantime -- never hit 100W (even charging an Anker Power Bank rated at 165W), but would get fairly close. The small size was certainly handy for travel, and I was satisfied with it until it broke.That being said, it doesn't seem like these are built to last more than a few months based on this and several other reviews. Will wait to see how Anker Customer Service responds and update this review accordingly.

I paid for a new product but when the package arrived the seal was torn off. Additionally, the cardboard inside was bent and showing signs of use which makes me believe this item was pre-owned or switched out.The product seemingly still works and I will monitor it for any more damages but it would be nice if there were stronger controls in place.——————Anker reached out and explained it could have been an amazon logistics mix up but still offered a full refund. Great customer service!

I really appreciated the pricing and size of the charger, as well as that it included a cable and sustainable packaging. I have been using it to charge my 2016 MacBook Pro, and it has been fast and easy, plus the laptop's system report states that it is in fact charging at 100W.I do wish that the plug on the charger was interchangeable, so I could replace it if it got bent or add an extension cord (like how the Apple branded ones are). The charger also does get pretty hot, I do not think it gets hot enough to cause major issues or even burn me, but it is a little concerning. I might try getting a tiny extension cord for it, just so I can keep the heat away from the outlet and place it on a cool surface that the heat can dissipate into.Overall, this is a great product and I would highly recommend it. I have only used it a few times, but so far so good. I will update this review if/when it quits on me.

I bought this charger mainly for my gaming laptop (ASUS TUF Dash F15) which has a 76Wh battery. I don’t like carrying the original charger around when I have to take my laptop for my classes or other work. This charger is perfect for that regard. From my observations in normal use the laptop takes 1 hour to charge up to 80%. But if I’m not using the laptop it takes around 40 minutes to reach 80% battery. The compact size of the charger means it’s very easy to carry as well. With the cable included I think this is the best 100W charger if you don’t need extra ports.
