Jar was wider than I realized. Must grow bigger batches than I'm used to so it doesn't dry out. Love the spatulas!

each component of this set has been very practical and useful for this my new hobby of making sourdough bread. the baking mats are SO much better than using parchment paper (and clean up easily) and the long rubber 'spatula' has also been so much easier to use and clean than anything else I tried in my kitchen (even tried chopsticks!). the jars are easy to clean with the wide openings. haven't found the temperature sticker to be very helpful but the elastic band helps me see how much it's risen. Highly recommend the set

Purchased mainly for the jars. Jars are ample sized for a good amount of sourdough starter and discard. Bands are helpful for determining growth. Better value than most quality jars. Would buy again.

Bought this to make my sourdough starter. Both jars broke within the month. Cheap, thin glass - would not recommend. The tools that come in the set are useful but again very cheaply made
