I bought this product in 2023 and it was great. And now decided to buy another one for future use . It is not longer the same product . It looks same outside, however there is no insulating sponge layer covered with a soft cloth and plush padding inside. Now it is only a thin shell with two coarse pads inside which is not even clear what to do with .What a disappointment !

My kitty loves this. It’s only her and she knows it. The others stay away. Quonset hit for your pets. The pad that comes with the hut is lumpy in some areas And Sparse in others so I folded and put 2 throws in there to pad it and keep her warm At Night.

These work so great for kitties, it provides a safe haven for them. We add a calm bed inside and the kitties just snuggle down. We gifted one to a friend for their new cat and the stress levels of being in a strange home went down substantially for the kitty. LOVE these!

My dog did not like it so I had to return it. It was very comfy but he referred to sleep under the chair on the cold floor.

Our big ole boy loves his new house. He weighs 22 lbs.Most cat houses are too small for him, so I ordered this dog house -- it is PERFECT!!!He has lots of room and can get way back inside and hide if he wants.Thank you, very easy to put together too.

Arrivato puntuale, ben imballato. È ben fatto e facile da assemblare, esteticamente come in foto. Per il mio wheaten terrier di 17 kg è perfetto. L'unico difetto è che non è molto rigido però fa il suo lavoro.

I ordered the XL for my 14lb corgi mix, and it was large enough for her to stretch out as well as turn around/dig/curl up. The round structure makes this sturdier than other indoor covered beds I've ordered before, but overall the opening was too small for me so I returned (this is under my desk, so i need a wide opening that fits in front of where my feet go - this is her hang out spot when I work).My only big complaint was the bottom layer padding - mine came deformed and wouldn't fit correctly. It also wasn't very cushy/padded so I ultimately decided to return because of this. For this price point, I would've expected at least the egg foam crate style padding with some heft, and this was not even a 1/2 inch pad.
