It does it job to make my dog stop barking. But it goes off from every little sound. Just people talking sets the sensor off. Very confusing for my poor pup.

I have had barking issues in my home for years now. I saw this and wanted to give it a try. I am super happy I did too. No more Crazy barking every time the mailman walks by my house. Easy to use, just plug it in and set it to the right setting. It comes with an easy to understand manual that walks you through everything too. It is a Great price for the peace and quiet and the best part is that it does not hurt my animals at all. Highly recommend.

For three years I have put up with a neighbors nuisance barking dog. The labradoodle barks solidly, loudly and seemingly unprovoked, for hours and hours, day after day. The owners work at a bar, so the dog barks until midnight, most nights. Its very disruptive, as I work from home. The dog is across the street from me and barks straight into my living room, making it impossible to watch TV, or have a conversation in my living space.Last year, I was so fed up, I took the owners to court for ""nuisance barking"". Even though I live in a residential community, I'm technically in the County, so there are no ""noise ordinances"" to enforce. I lost the case and was forced to abandon my living room to watch TV in the bedroom, and moved my office to the garage.Three days ago, I installed the Automatic Ultrasonic Barkcontrol unit on the front fence, facing the neighbors dog. And it has been absolute bliss. Yes, the dog still barks at the mailman, or the kids riding bikes, but then the dog stops barking when the ""threat is gone"", like it's supposed to do!! I'm completely amazed at the immediate transformation in the animals behavior.

We have a guardian livestock dog that is always on alert in our backyard. He sounds off if he sees neighbors, squirrels, delivery people, etc. I bought this device on a friend’s recommendation, glad I did, the barking has been minimized to an acceptable level. Haven’t switched the frequency yet, but will do as instructed. Keeps a charge as advertised. I’m going to buy another one for the other portion of the yard not in the line-of-sight of the existing unit. Highly recommended!
