i am using it for an application that runs a session. during the session i want the coins to be rejected. it is unclear how to accomplish this because i can not find documentation or otherwise specifications

I have no clue if the thing works or not because I havent been able to get it connected. unless you have some history with this. At least post a video on how to set it up.
