The Antronix 6-way Splitter is a fairly standard splitter that works well with XFinity Cable. I was able to drive the cable modem and several cable boxes from it.

I reworked by TV distribution system that I installed when I added on and remodeled my home. I use a small log periodic antenna at about 16 feet feeding an amplifier here in the Los Angeles suburban area. With this simple installation I get around 175 digital channels. There was considerable imbalance and signal loss with the previous splitter(s). With this unit the median signal is between 5 and 10 percent higher to each set and I could not ask for more. Perhaps those who berate this unit do not realize that a splitter is not an amplifier and they will usually drop at least 3 db to each tap. It is also important to terminate unused taps with 75 ohm terminators / loads.

The Antronix 6-way RG6 Splitter Coaxial Signal CMC2006V Cable HDTV 1GHz 1002MHz works perfectly. I'm able to connect all Cable outlets throughout the home.

The quality is better than most I have seen on-line. The frequency range is perfect. I have Xfinity X1 (ComCast) and this splitter was the perfect replacement for the old import splitter provided by Xfinity years ago. Remember the outside case of the splitter does not need to be gold plated. Just plated for corrosion like this one is. The picture quality is better and I did not have spend hundreds to have the cable guys come out and do the same. Highly recommend this product. I would buy it again if needed.

I didn’t realize the draw for each connection. You can definitely get a better splitter. The price was decent though.

It was just what I needed for my cable installations. I'm glad I ordered it through amazon. I had visited some electronics shops and they couldn't help me-didn't understand what I needed for my installation!
