Mine came with a belt clip, not sure if it was a previous issue. Works good in my 12/110. Make sure to really seat it into the connector. 5 stars

Used it to support my AnyTone 878 on a 10-day auto trip. I did not have to worry about recharging a battery, but simply plug this into a lighter outlet and didn't worry about it after that.

It works. But mine did not come with the belt clip as advertised. I wish it did. It would really come in handy the way I have it mounted in the vehicle.

I put this on my Anytone AT-D878UV Plus radio plugged it into the car power port and turned on the radio. Instant power and works as it should.
