The patented AP16 All Purpose Kneepad is a compact one-size-fits-all solution that offers full protection, featuring ProKnee’s iconic knee pocket shape and flat bottom design, which help stabilize knee joints to reduce joint wear-out and knee burn pain. Radius-on-frame perimeter ribbing provides maximum flexibility in extreme kneeling positions, while the straps are adjustable and pre-angled to allow two different strap placement options to meet your desired comfort level.

- ADJUSTABLE RIBBED ELASTIC STRAPS are pre-angled to allow two different strap placement options. Robust ribbing allows the lock of our patented Smartlock Plus buckle to bite into the strap and achieve your perfect, secure fit with just a pull to prevent overtightening. This ensures no slipping and no need to retighten.
- SMARTLOCK PLUS QUICK RELEASE BUCKLE is an ergonomic, larger format buckle that is easy on fingers and automatically locks in your perfect strap length with just a pull to give you a comfortable fit you can work in all day long.
- TUCKED IN LINERS offer a snug, stay-in-place fit made out of a breathable wick tech, no wrinkle material for ultimate comfort.
- CUSHION INSERTS come in two thickness options (5/8" or 1"). These safe, resilient and replaceable cellular urethane cushions help absorb shock out of day to day wear and tear from kneeling.
- RUBBER BOOT is made from tough, non-marking 3-ply white polynitrile that allows you to kneel on any type of surface with 3/16” thick non-skid construction
- RADIUS ON FRAME PERIMETER RIBBING provides maximum flexibility in extreme kneeling positions. Molded from flexible, tear resistant plastic resin.
- LIVE HINGE creates a “Fit like a glove” feeling with a 10.5° maximum angle flexible joint.
- KNEE POCKET SHAPE & FLAT BOTTOM DESIGN stabilize knee joint to reduce joint wear-out & knee burn pain
What Cushion Thickness is Right for Me?
Over 75% of our customers prefer 1” Cushion Inserts
- We recommend 1” if the following conditions apply:
- work on your knees 8+ hours a day
- have had any knee problems or surgery
- if you weigh 200+ lbs
- if you prefer the maximum protection we offer
Important note about 5/8” Cushion Inserts
Some of our customers with thinner legs or smaller builds (men & women alike) prefer the 5/8” when it comes to getting a better knee cup fit. You can see from the photo that the 5/8” does provide a deeper knee cup shape, but less cushioning.

Pro Knee has always been great knee pads. My only complaint is the straps aren't as good as the used to be. They are making them too stretchy now. If it wasn't for the straps I would have given them 5 stars.

Don’t use them a lot but well worth the money! Was using my buddies all the time so I finally bought my own. They are the best for my old knees.
