maybe i have a different 2016 elantra, but the two screw holes are 1/4 further apart than the original equipment. works, but kinda stinks i can only use one screw to secure it. also new handle screw is waaaaaay wider than factory. had to use one from my garage to secure handle to one-screw-attached assenbly. blah…..

Easy to replace, just needed to remove the door inside panel. Believe it was two screws.
