These are true to size and exactly as expected. I've only been using them for 3 months now so can't speak to longevity but they're a great replacement so far.

bought this pack of 2 even though I only needed one to replace the one on the door of my john Deere Backhoe, so much cheaper than the one from John Deere and it fitted perfectly.

I bought these for a tool box I bought at Costco a few years ago. Other than the length, I had no idea of what pressure to get. I took a chance and they worked perfectly. This was a double, top and bottom, SS Costco tool box.

I have a very large Kirkland Signature 2-part tool chest, with a lid that is supported by these lifts. Over the years the top has begun to fall quickly the last 6 inches of closure. Replaced with these lifts .....arrived as described, and snapped into place in about 5 minutes, and lid works like new. We'll see how they hold up, but thus far, very satisfied.

I bought these to replace the struts on my tool chest, which started leaking. These are a little stronger than the ones I had previously so they lift the lid quickly, and the lid stays up until I close it. Easy install and just what I needed.

The props on the back window of my truck were broken when I bought it and put up with it for two years.These are cheap and reasonably easy to install, I should have bought them the day after I bought the truck!
