Impossible to install with the supplied o-ring. I was replacing the most distant of the 4 cam sensors on this Toyota 3.5-V6, (the Bank1 exhaust), remove the intake manifold and way down low near the firewall---spent a LONG time TRYING to simply "slip this sensor" into the bore. The Labor Time for replacement of a Bank1 (right/rear bank) is 3.1 hours, I am a professional mechanic. Since it is plastic, and accidentally damaging it would not show up until it was all back together and running, I was angry. Toyota parts department says the o-ring is not sold separately, of course. So I had to dig thru my hundreds of air conditioning line o-rings to find a perfect fit.

So, one day the "Check Engine" light in my car (2017 Camry) comes on. Take it to an Auto Parts store and they tell me the car is sending a P0017 code (Camshaft sensor). Firestone tells me that it's going to take $600 worth of repairs to fix it, but they start with a VVT solenoid replacement to the tune of $300. Still have a light on... I replace the crankshaft sensor (the next thing to replace) with a $20 part from Amazon. Still have a light on...Then one day, it wouldn't start. Finally got it to start and am told that it's a bad battery (it was 4 years old, so...). New $90 battery installed, I take it back to the shop and was told that the final thing to replace was going to be ONE of the camshaft sensors and that would cost ANOTHER $300. Found these on Amazon and replaced BOTH the intake and exhaust sensors myself after watching a YouTube video. Within 24 hours, no more light! Wish I had just done this first. Probably could have saved myself alot more time and money...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PARTS!!!
