The only downside to this wiper motor is I did have to wait almost a month to get the part. The part is working excellent and for the money that I paid, this is a win win situation.

I have installed motor but have not yet used it for any extended period of time. It runs in all speeds. HOWEVER it runs BACKWARDS !!! Due to inability to contact customer service and DELAYS if returned I am using it AS IS. Wiper blade must be VERTICAL instead of horizontal. I have installed ONE arm as shown in photo. I have not put wiper on passenger side because it obstructs vision.This is the second item I have ordered from Amazon. I could buy from other suppliers but I believe that you are the most dependable (SO FAR). I plan on making future purchases from you. I may qualify for some kind of a rebate because motor is defective, but still, it is an improvement over NO wipers at all.FEB. 6, 2024: I have already submitted this and have received no reply.I need feedback and info re: the above.ALSO NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT FUTURE RETURNS (If needed)
