installed and seemed to have fixed the issue, ended up going back into limp mode and part was defective. cant return it no more or havent been able to get ahold of seller to see if they would be able to help

My truck wouldn 't hold an idle unless I played with the gas pedal. Put this new IAC valve in, and now it fires up and idles great!

My old ford uses one of these, and it was having issues. I replaced it with this one, but the connector on my old one comes out at a 90 deg angle from the unit, this one is straight. This makes the wire connection kinda tight. But it should be fine... just keep your eye on it for stress...So far, the truck runs great, so I am very happy with my purchase.
