Old one was burnt out and it was easy to install.I recommend on having a small pick and a long skinny flat head to help remove the latches

The clips where the rods connect were oversized, and they came broken. Not a very good quality product to stay away from it.

Good quality, other than the plastic clip that holds the door handle rod, broke off after a week of use. Had to take it all apart again and change out the clip.

The driver door lock hasn’t worked in my truck for a couple of years. Decent price, should have ordered this before now. The part was fairly easy to replace after watching a couple of good videos on YouTube. Since I just installed, I can’t say how well the part will hold up, but everything works as it should. Now the key fob works, both doors lock automatically after starting to drive and the alarm sets. Very pleased.

Replaced the passenger actuator on 2000 Silverado. It fit well, although I had to replace the clip to hold the exterior door handle rod. I used the one that came with assembly that I was replacing.

Overall a good value and it fit and worked fine except for the 2 plastic retainers for the long rods. They were oversized and the rod ends just fell out. I had to carefully remove the 21 year old plastic retainers from the original mechanism and install them in the new lock unit. Other than that I am satisfied.
