Worked for a week. The OEM regulator uses spot welds to hold the linkages at the correct angles.This Copy uses aluminum rivets that stretched out under the weight of the glass within a week, and I can now wiggle the regulator linkage by hand. My window is now off it's track again and this was all a giant waste of time and money.Just spend the extra cash and get an OEM one or a junkyard one unless you have access to a spot welder to re-enforce the regulator before it gets installed.

Product came quickly, was 5 times cheaper than the local "so called" discount auto stores, was the exact fit, went in easy, and works as good as new.

I've tried fitting this product to two separate BMW doors and it doesn't fit either. Unfortunately, you are probably better off trying to buy a used or new OEM piece if you have a bent regulator.

High quality. Didn’t come w the rivets or pins, I would have appreciated if it came w the cushions, pins and rivets needed to mount it. Not bad for the money

The regulator came in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. The part number and name were written in English and Chinese on the box. Seemed like it arrived undamaged as the box was in good condition.It is built out of seemingly good quality metal, and includes a new plastic grommet and a metal one. The holes were drilled in the correct spots so attaching the motor was easy enough. However, upon installation the window does not move nearly as smoothly as the BMW part did. I have done a significant amount of adjustment of the free arm and ensured it is seated properly, but no matter what the movement is still strained while going up. It also appears the large gear has more movement toward and away from the door panel than it should. I don't know if I received a bad unit or if the design itself needs to be adjusted.
