There is a tab/housing protrusion that is directly in line with the radiator coolant hose. It won’t fit with the tab and will housing also seems deeper than the original.

Fits like a glove. Slides right in. The fan blades do have weights and a I hope they never fly off. I hope this last at least 50000 miles.

The black stub is the only difference. After cutting it off the fan fit like a glove. 2012 Odyssey Elite.

I was able to trim the bottom tabs and the right side of the fan box to get the bolts to line up. The plug fits perfectly. The fan performs great.

On a Honda Odyssey 2011 drivers side, it does slide in however the mounting bolts do not align. Turning the engine on it does work. I will need to use zip ties to secure it
