Actually turned out to be the wrong part for my truck, removed the boot after attempted fitting and it’s clear the taper is incorrect in angle and length on the lower jointThe nature of these being a press fit means they are no longer in a condition to be returned so unfortunately money and more importantly time wasted

The joints fit the knuckle but when installed and torqued the lower stud went too far in and seized the knuckle. The cotterpin hole was above the castle nut.
