Both of our units were replaced twice in the past three years and one is malfunctioning as of today again. It goes OFF on its own and the Auto option has disappeared from the Mode selection. I have convinced the builder and installer company that this model is not reliable and not trusted for energy saving.@Lawrence did you have to replace the controllers too or just the thermostats panels?

We have 2 of these units in our brand new house that was completed 3/25/15. In the first year both the upstairs and downstairs units had to be replaced by the builder. Now that it is past the first year the builder will not replace the downstairs unit that is again broken. I am replacing this unit with the Sensi Smart Wi-Fi unit.
