After 2 months (8/2024) the 3’ connection hose started leaking. The product has a 2 year warranty so I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement hose and was told the hose was out of stock. Since then I have contacted the manufacture on 10/22/2024, 12/05/2024 and again on 2/28/2025 and each time I was told the hose was out of stock. After 6 months I find it hard to believe they have no inventory. Buyer beware of Aqua Joe products they do not stand behind their warranty

Easily set up a trough and water by extending our hose out to the pasture. Love that you can turn it off from the extension and the included extra hose. Makes filling buckets easier!

I've been satisfied buying many Sun Joe products, so I figured I would give Aqua Joe an opportunity. I was disappointed after only a few months that the 3ft lead hose started leaking. There are other reviews mentioning this exact same problem. I have since replaced the lead hose, and the product is working as intended. Just be aware you might have to purchase an additional lead hose if you buy this product.

This is a decent product. Assembly is simple, the materials used seem to be good and not flimsy. It has held up well over the entire summer with constant use and no leaks. Only knocking off one star because I wish the plumbing hardware they chose was 3/4ths instead instead of 1/2. If they ever release a version with 3/4ths I'll end up swapping all mine out as all my hoses are 3/4ths and not being able to take full advantage is annoying.

After reading reviews, I bought this intending to change some aspects of this Aqua Joe. I did not realize the plumbing was only 1/2" though. But when the box showed up I was committed. I removed the galvanized 90 and replaced it with a brass 90, added a 1/2" X 3/4" brass reducer and soldered 3/4" copper and connected the Aqua Joe to my PVC water line. Some metal was notched out for the copper line to go straight down. Also the Aqua Joe was cemented it to prevent it coming out of the ground. It holds our 50ft hose fine. I like the perk that it came with a leader hose because that was to be used for something else and I did not need to buy one.

I bought this for the convenience of being able to turn off the hose at a remote faucet rather than relying on any spray attachment I happened to have connected to be leak-free. The product isn't bad but it isn't great. Overall the previous hose stand I had was a little better made and stood upright more securely. The faucet which is the main feature, leaks except when fully open. So, when you turn it off the pressure from the hose causes the faucet to spray and it continues to leak after being shut off until the hose is depressurized completely.

This product seems to be very well made..I needed a water faucet on the other side of my house.. didn't want to call a plumber to run waterline..so I bought this cool product..works great for me. Easy to install..

This hose stand is better than I expected. Strong Stella frame, assembled in a minute- you don’t need any tools! The attached hose is a flex hose and not regular rubber and it appears sturdy. No leaks and holds my 125’ hose. Love the raised spigot for easier access. Easy to step on to press into the ground.

I bought this because I got tired of dragging my heavy long hose around the yard. The stand is extremely high quality. It’s very easy to put together and install. I liked it so much I ended up getting 3 to setup around the yard. One of the ones I got did leak around a fitting when I installed it. I contacted customer service and they swapped it right out for me.Highly recommend!
