Great for recreational diving. Supports Bluetooth and Nitrox. For more complex diving go with Shearwater.

Used on a few dives so far, gauge works flawlessly and i300c is easy to use. For the price and quality you can’t beat it. Computer is somewhat difficult to read underwater but then I use corrective lens in my mask without reading lenses lol. Computer is simple to use, understand and Bluetooth works perfect.

This dive computer has all the features I needed that my mares puck pro didn’t have! First and foremost.. a compass! I dive with the mares puck pro and this spg as part of the aqualung pro package. I have lots of great things to say about the puck but having the octoi300 gives me peace of mind. It has every advanced feature I wanted including Bluetooth, iPad compatibility, too deep warnings, and saves multiple dives. I think it saves like 15 dives. It’s incredibly easy to learn and use! And I have the pressure gauge right there to check with it. I just love the “pro” package.. and anyone new to diving but wants to buy a set that they can grow with.. this is the one!

I had a wireless transmitter for a wrist-mount computer that failed during a dive. This meant that I wasn't getting tank pressure readings. Since I had a trip planned for Hawai'i, I decided I should have a backup computer.The i300C computer and the pressure gauge have worked great in Monterey (CA) and Kona (HI). The desktop and mobile applications make downloading your dive data pretty simple. There is room for improvement in the apps themselves.
