I love this shower combo. It was a little difficult to mount because I kept having some leakage. However, i got it tight enough eventually. It works like a charm. It's easy to use the controls. It's pressure is perfect and it relaxes me and cleans at the same time. The heaviest water pressure setting about blasted me to the other end of the shower area, but when I got used to it and let it massage my muscles it was fantastic. So far it's been durable and has not leaked again since I tightened it down. It is a great product but much cheaper than the top brands at other stores. Totally worth getting this for a good shower experience.

This is the best shower head I've ever bought. No lie, it actually increases your water pressure, alot. Love the option to run either shower head, or both at the same time. It has microban technology which is just an added bonus. If you're on the edge of decision, just buy it. I promise your won't be disappointed. The only down side I've found so far, is the way it tightens onto the shower tube thingy is Janky, and that might cause problems if you happen to put the hose head back in too hard or after many uses and repeated motions of putting the hose head back in to the holder.

THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY RESPONSE STATING THAT IT WAS CRACKED UPON RECEIPT, ONLY SENT THE CANNED INITIAL EMAIL COUNTLESS TIMES. IT'S GETTING ANNOYING. NO. IT'S MAKING ME ANGRY.After researching and reading many reviews, I purchased this showerhead. We live in a very rural area with hard well water. Our water pressure was down to a trickle. I liked the Microban technology and option to use both or either showerhead.Pros:Water pressure is amazing!The optional shower functions are fun to play around with.The adjustable showerheads are great when you have people with varying heights in the household.Cons:My husband immediately upon receiving it, removed the old showerhead and tossed it in the trash. This was super easy to install and he did it within minutes. THEN- he noticed it was cracked. :( Must have happened during shipping. Our only options at that point were to: A. Fish out the old one from the trash, reinstall, return, and wait for a replacement showerhead. B. Not fish out the old one from the trash, return and wait for a replacement and shower with no showerhead. C. Live with the crack. We chose C.My advice:Buy this showerhead. Inspect it BEFORE YOU THROW OUT YOUR OLD ONE AND INSTALL IT. If it's all good, enjoy your new pleasurable showering experience.
