You will use the pontoons, aluminum panels, mounting posts, Aquos bag, and one oar. Discard everything else.Layout aluminum panels. Make a one-piece floor by bolting 2” by 3” by 75” pine rails on edge length wise to outside end of panels on the top side. This will add strength and a border to keep things from falling off edges. Use camo spray paint on underside of panels to reduce shine. To connect pontoons, leave one small pontoon deflated. Lay the floor top down on the ground then add the pontoons to the floor. It is fast and easy. Roll it upright on deflated side then inflate small pontoon.Add: 1) Motor Guide bow mount Xi3 trolling motor with quick release mount, 36 inch shaft, remote, and GPS; 2) 100 amp LifePO4 battery with box and circuit breaker; 3) kayak rudder mounted as skeg; 4) Hawk Stealth Spin chair; 5) rod holders mounted to rails; 6) Aquos bag attached to back of chair; 7) oar to push off shallows. Use lashing straps to secure chair. Add kayak dolly under each pontoon to transport if desired.Benefits: 1) I have owned two Blue Sky Angler 360 Pros. This setup is cheaper and way better. 2) Once broken down everything fits inside a midsize SUV (Dodge Durango) even with pontoons inflated. 3) bow mount motor means pulling from front tracks better than pushing from back in wind and current; 4) Floor is solid with border; 5) Chair is WAY more comfortable than boat seat and can be positioned anywhere. Also has many other uses when not fishing; 6) Nothing sticking up in air to reduce wind effect.

Purchased a Heavy-Duty for One 10.2 and was very happy with the overall quality of the materials. Instructions are not the strong point for these boats but there are plenty of Youtube videos that can assist you. Customer Service with AQUOS is 5 star. Had a minor issue and this company went above and beyond to resolve it. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE. I'm already saving to get a HD for Two.

Needed a little fab work. I don’t like you have to drill your own holes for the seat. I also don’t like that you have to put the Eva mat down yourself. These things should already come in place. The or locks say you should be using the same screws that the rest of the boat needs but this isn’t true because they aren’t long enough. But other than that great boat. Durable easy to build and breakdown. The floor should be a little thicker but that would make it heavier so I see the point. It just cracks a lot when I move around on it. Also I weight 290 the boat does not tip over but standing on the edges isn’t realistic. I have the 10.2 foot 700lbs 2 person
