Yes, the mic arm can be rotated by 330°freely so it can be worn on either left or right side.
How to adjust if I can’t hear any sound when the headset is connected to the landline?

First check whether the RJ port is connected to the device stably.

Second select headset botton in the device to active the headset for calling.

Finally, check whether speaker mute is turned on.
