This is the most impressive citrus juicer I have ever seen in my entire life. It is larger overall than any one I have ever owned. The business end is very wide and really gets in there. The handle is thick and sturdy and I do love olive woodExtremely happy with the purchase.

Love this thing. Previously, I was just hand-squeezing lemons & limes for cooking purposes, so literally ANYTHING would be a step up. I don’t have a ton of drawer space, so I couldn’t buy one of the bigger “squeezers”. I found this one and others that were basically exactly the same, but with a nicer finish. This one is unfinished wood. You don’t need to lacquer it or anything, but it DOES need a coat of oil before you start using it. I have a food safe wood oil that I use for my cutting boards, and used that on this reamer. It polished right up. Whenever I use it, I just rinse it really well (half the soaps people use have citrus in them anyway, so you don’t really need soap, unless you just let it sit there for days before cleaning it), and then add another coat of oil about every 4-7 times I used it. It keeps the wood conditioned and sanitary. As for its actual performance, it works great. It’s a reamer, they all kind of work the same. This one has good corners, so it’s really good as getting every bit of juice, but it’s not extraordinary or anything.
