Bought OME (Old Man Emu) 2885 front coils, 90000 nitrocharger sport strut front and EL11R Rear leaf springs. After installation I have a 3.5 inch rake, thats with the bumper off. I gave it some time thinking that the rear springs would give a little. Only thing that has given is the front springs. With front bumper on I have a 4 inch rake, I know some people like rake, it looks ridiculous to me. I called up ARB and sent pics of my order and pics with measurements, they just said sorry they can't do anything and suggested a different front spring. BEWARE! it won't look even close to stock. Front spring will sag some. Now i'm stuck with it looking like a drag race car, eye roll.GOOD; the only thing good is that it was a big difference in ride. The back is stiff and it's the medium load springs.

Paired with bilstein 5100. They are smooth and stiff at the same time. Big upgrade from stock. Gave about 2.5” of lift. Had to add 1” block to the rear to make level.

These Old Man EMU Heavy-Duty Coils were designed to handle serious heavy work loads by design. This was a solid choice for my 1st gen tundra!I recently purchased an ARB Sahara Winch bumper, which has to be 100lbs!After installing this oldman emu 2885 coil system, my tundra stance & handling changed quickly...Gained lift instantly. My truck no longer bobs up & down like a boat anymore.. I combined these Heavy Coils with the Standard length Offroad Bilstein Shocks.Note:2885's are Medium duty rate est.560lbs. Not super firm & are forgiving offroad. ( w/ ARB winch bumper)👉🏽The other option for a firmer stout performance would be to go with Old Emu 2886 rated est.660lbs. coil which will provide substantially a stiffer, firmer ride for really heavy steel bumpers with winches.-A firmer rate may be had with stock bumper combo'd w/ these 2885's.All in all nice system.

Installed on a 2009 DCLB tacoma with an Icon progressive 3 leaf AAL. Couldn't be happier with the coils though I would recommend a full leaf pack in the rear. The truck takes corners without dipping and handles pot holes like a champ. It feels sturdier both on and offroad.FYI - Make sure you have some beefy strut compressors because these coils are no joke. I was able to compress the stock coils with ease but ended up having to put them back on and take it to a shop. Yeah... it sucked.

Installed along with Bilstein shocks/struts which raised Toyota Tacoma 2" (along with 2" blocks on rear) for a nice stance. Truck drives like a truck but more firmer and stable. Highly recommend.

Installed on my 05 Tacoma Off Road with Bilstein 5100 front and rear and an Icon AAL. The result was fantastic. Less body roll and brake dive. Paved and unpaved driving is smoother and the truck sits about 2" higher.

These are fitted with 5100 Bilstein set on the lowest setting and with 1/4" spacer on driver-side to compensate for the lean. I never measured my OEM height but my current height, after 200 miles, with 17" OEM wheels and 265 70 R15 AT tires is 36 1/4" on driver-side; and 36 1/2" on passenger-side. This is about 3/4" higher than what I had with 5100's set on the highest setting with OEM springs. I expect the springs to settle another quarter inch or so. I have a 3/8" spacer I can later replace the 1/4" spacer to even out the height more equally. Ride is a bit smoother. I didn't have to separate the ball joints to install, only the tie rod and sway bar.Note that the pic is wrong. My springs have 11 'rings'; the pic shows 9. Also, one spring was an 1/8th taller than the other. I installed this one on the driver-side, along with the 1/4" 'leaning' spacer and the driver-side still sits lower.

09 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab 4wd 2.7. So I’ve had some Eibach Pro lift springs mounted on new Bilstein 5100 set at zero installed on my truck for the last 3k miles. The truck rode like a covered wagon. Super stiff. I could feel every little bump in the road. I had a feeling these 2885x springs would be much better for my 4 cyl. These springs are amazing. I’m sitting right around 24” from center of hub to fender. But it rides more plush than my Lincoln Continental with air bags. Definitely some of the best springs out there. Highly recommended. Easy install. Arrived quickly too.
