This stand is not sturdy enough for a standard snare drum , only a drum pad - not worth the price point , I expected more ... would not recommend.

This is good stand to use with a KAT KTMP1 MIDI drum pad. It is affordable and fits the drum pad nicely. Overall, it is stable and it grips the pad well. That said, it is just standing in my studio all the time... it's not being stood up and taken down and banged around several nights a week for gigs. If you are a serious gigging drummer, get a serious snare stand. But if you need a decent cheap stand for a casual hobby, or perhaps for a piece of studio gear that will stay put, this will do. It does have a bit of a cheap feel to it. But that is expected at this low price point. However, it does work for what I needed.

This stand gives you what you pay for. The price is very affordable and consequently it does move a bit no matter how hard you tighten it making it difficult to get consistent rimshots. It gets the job done but don't expect a solid, sturdy stand for your snare.

We ordered it, it shipped and delivered as expected, comes with no damage. My son put it rather himself and has had no complaints up to this point. Please know that my son is a beginner, just getting comfortable with the drums, and is teaching himself.

This will certainly hold steady the snare drum in any playing scenario. My only issue is that it is almost impossible to adjust using the hand turn nut which is meant to tighten down the three prong mount that secures the snare. The slide bushing is way too tight. I’ve used some wd40 on it so hopefully it will loosen over time and use. This was a Christmas present for my 10 year old granddaughter so I’m hoping she will have the strength to tighten and loosen it.

Affordable, durable, and does exactly what I want it to do. It even adjusts to fit another snare and can tilt to the drummers comfort. You can also adjust the height of it to suit a taller parson. It fits right in with the rest of the set like it was originally for it and I love that! Great buy. Considering cymbals and a hihatt next.
